5. For coaching (phone call) bookings, you receive further schedule confirmation by email after payment.

Order Submission

• Submitting an order forms a contract and obligates you to pay the indicated amounts, including taxes/fees.
• If the purchased product requires details (such as scheduling or venue info), you agree to provide as necessary.
• Order and payment receipts will be emailed.

Prices

  No returns or refunds on physical goods unless required by law.
• Digital goods: Delivered via email and through your user account area promptly upon payment.
  No time or access restrictions. No anti-piracy (DRM) technologies are applied.
• Booking (phone call coaching): Confirmed by email after payment. No deposit required.

Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users, or for loss/damage after goods are delivered to a carrier arranged by the buyer.

User Rights: Returns, Withdrawal, and Refunds

• Physical goods: No returns or refunds unless required by law.
